PURPOSE:To perform effective damping of vibration by providing a displacement direction detecting means, flow direction detecting means, damping condition deciding means and a control voltage output means. CONSTITUTION:Being based on each detection signal from a displacement direction detecting means (k) and a flow direction detecting means (l), a damping condition in an orifice (j) is decided by a damping condition decision means (m), and when it decides large damping, by increasing viscosity of fluid in the orifice (j) suppressing a change of volume in a main fluid chamber (e), an elastic unit (c) sets its expanding spring force to a small value. On the contrary, when small damping is decided by the decision means (m), decreasing the viscosity of fluid in the orifice (j) easily changing the volume in the main fluid chamber (e), the expansion spring force is set to an adequate value. Accordingly, an increase of transmitting force, determined by a sum of vertical spring input of the elastic unit (c) itself and input by the expansion spring, can be low suppressed, thus effective damping of vibration is performed. |
