PURPOSE:To make it possible to mold with high productivity and mold also into a complicate shape, by mixing a far infrared radiation ceramics in the form of powder or pellets in a resin. CONSTITUTION:Far infrared radiation resin molding is made by mixing a far infrared radiation ceramics in the form of powder or pellets in a resin. The far infrared radiation ceramic used is the ceramic which can radiate electromagnetic waves being within the range of far infrared rays and it is alumina fine ceramics, zirconia fine ceramics etc. The resin used contains both of thermoplastic resin and thermosetting resin. In said molding, as the powder of the far infrared radiation ceramics etc. are mixed in the resin, said molding can be made by heating and melting the mixture, forming it to a defined shape and then cooling it in case that the resin is thermoplastic resin, and said molding can be made by forming it to a defined shape and then heating and setting it in case that the resin is thermosetting resin. |
