PURPOSE:To miniaturize an electromagnetic instrument by spinning molten magnetic material, growing a primary arm of dendritic crystal in the specific angle range to the axial direction and regulating the diameter of fiber and the relative permeability in the prescribed ranges. CONSTITUTION:The molten spinning of the rotating liquid spinning method, etc., is executed and the molten magnetic material is injected into cooling liquid layer 8 from an injecting nozzle 2 having <=100mum diameter. Then, the magnetic material is rapidly cooled and solidified as fine wire 4. By this method, the fine wire 4 forms the magnetic fiber having <=100mum diameter and the primary arm of the dendritic crystal becomes soft magnetic fiber having all the same angle within 20 deg. to the fiber axis direction. Successively, heat treatment is executed and the dendritic crystal in the fine wire 4 is eliminated to obtain the magnetic fiber having <=100mum the diameter and >=90,000 the relative permeability. By using this fiber having high relative permeability, the electromagnetic instrument is miniaturized. |
