PURPOSE:To facilitate working and assembling and to realize mass production by mounting a shaft on a base in such a way that it can be rocked freely setting one point on the central axis of the shaft as a fulcrum, and supporting a rotary member to be engaged keeping a constant gap between the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A hollow part is formed in the shaft 80, and a centripetal member 81 having a cone plane is fixed in its inside, and also, the upper plane of a fixed shaft 82 pressurized in a space 61 is also formed in cone shape, and a steel ball 83 is arranged so as to be brought into contact with both cone planes of the plumbing member 81 and the fixed shaft 82. Torque is generated in magnetic flux in the cavity between a rotor magnet 53 and a sub rotor 55 by energizing a fixed coil substrate 65, and a rotary assembling body 56 is rotated at high speed, and dynamic pressure is generated in the cavity between the flat plane part 51b of the rotary member 51 and the flat plane part 61a of the base 61, and the gap between the sleeve 51d of the rotary member 51 and the shaft 80, and the rotary assembling body 56 is supported in a state of non-contact with the base 61 and the shaft 80, and is rotated with high accuracy. |
