PURPOSE:To obtain good storage characteristic and discharge characteristic by using the granulation black mix as the positive electrode black mix in an organic electrolyte cell using light metals as main active materials such as manganese dioxide for a positive electrode and lithium for a negative electrode. CONSTITUTION:An organic electrolyte cell is constituted of a cell case 1 concurrently serving as a positive electrode terminal, lithium 3 which is a negative electrode active material pressed to the inner wall of a seal plate 2 concurrently serving as a negative terminal, a gasket 4 made of polypropylene, a separator 5 and granulation black mix 6. The granulation black mix 6 is formed by kneading manganese dioxide which is an positive electrode active material and graphite with a fluororesin binding agent and drying and crushing the mixture into pellets and crushing and granulating them to the size of about 30-300 mesh. Uniform positive electrode pellets are formed according to this method, and good storage characteristic and discharge characteristic can be obtained. |
