PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a titled device and to prevent the cooling efficiency from lowering with regard to a photoconductive type image pickup device having a multiplexing function, by multiplexing a photoelectric transfer output sent from a photodetector group. CONSTITUTION:A PC type photodetector whose pure resistance values are r1- rn is connected to a series resonance circuit group having inductance values of L1-LN and capacity of C1-CN between lines 3 and 3'. Their series resonance frequencies are different from each other. If the AC of frequency fk is applied between input terminals 1 and 1', a reactance component becomes zero in the Kth series connection constitution body to have only a pure resistance component, and the K-th PC type photodetector is selected so that the information held by the Kth PC type photodetector can be taken to output terminals 2 and 2'. As a result, if an input signal corresponding to the resonance frequency is successively supplied, a signal, which is performed by a photoelectric transfer by each PC type photodetector can be successively taken out. |
