PURPOSE:To exactly observe the inside of a torus container by coordinating an observation position and an observation image by constituting the title device so that a torus coordinate system and a periscope coordinate system can be converted mutually by a computer system. CONSTITUTION:A periscope 1 is constituted of an image leading-out pipe 1a provided on a torus container T, a mirror 1b which is provided on one opening end part of the pipe 1a and leads out an image of the periphery of this one opening end part to the other opening end part side of the pipe 1a, a lens 1c for taking in an image which is reflected by the mirror 1b, and a motor 1b1 for rotating the mirror 1b. Also, as for the periscope 1, its position is determined by a periscope coordinate system in the torus container T. On the other hand, an observer who is positioned outside of the torus container T is in a torus coordinate system against the torus container T. In this state, by constituting so that the torus coordinate system and the periscope coordinate system can be converted mutually by a computer system 3, an observation position and an observation image are coordinate and the inside of the torus container can be observed exactly. |
