PURPOSE: To determine the concentration of antigen or antibody in a liquid sample inexpensively and easily by generating a signal to be detected when two different labeled antibodies are bound to a same antigen or when two different labeled antibodies are bound to a same antibody. CONSTITUTION: A triple complex of a first labeled binding antigen or an antibody piece (Ab-L1 ), a second labeled binding second antigen or an antibody piece (Ab-L2 ), and an antigen substance (Ag) in liquid is formed. Then, by detecting a signal that is generated due to the interaction between the first and second labels and is sensitized by binding while approaching the antigen substance, the presence or concentration of the antigen substance in liquid can be detected.
