PURPOSE:To automatically or manually measure the quantity and the distribution of ferrite in a metal by arranging a magnetic permeability sensor to be movable in three axes of coordinate rectangularly crossing each other in three directions. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic permeability measuring sensor 1 for measuring the quantity of ferrite in a metal is constructed as follows: The first movement mechaism 2 in three axes X, Y and Z of coordinate rectangularly crossing each other in three directions is equipped with a slide rod 5 adapted to move axially along the axis line set vertically, a link arm 6 connected pivotally movable to the upper end, oscillation arm 7 connected pivotally movable and a rotary solenoid 8 acting as rotary driver connected to a rotary shaft 8a. The second movement mechanism 3 has a base 10 having a nut and a guide, the first screw shaft 26 extending in the axis Y of coordinate and screwed with a nut and two guide rods 27. The third movement mechanism 4 has a base 30, the second screw shaft 37 extending in the axis Z of coordinate and two guide rods 38 extending parallel. |
