PURPOSE:To easily operate a braking mechanism with a speed change pedal utilized by providing an interlocking mechanism or the like operating the braking mechanism to be released from braking by an initial-movement control of the speed change pedal while to be actuated to a braking side by releasing the speed change pedal from the control. CONSTITUTION:An interlocking mechanism 5, which releases a braking mechanism 4 from braking by an initial-movement control of a speed change pedal 2 while actuates the braking mechanism 4 to a braking side by releasing the speed change pedal 2 from the control, is provided to be arranged between the speed change pedal 2 step-in controlling a belt speed change mechanism 1 continuously variably changing a car speed and the braking mechanism 4 braking a car body 3. And the car body 3 arranges in its suitable position a brake pedal 6 which actuates the braking mechanism 4 to the braking side preferentially from the action of the interlocking mechanism 5. In this way, the braking mechanism 4 is automatically actuated to the braking side without controlling the brake pedal 6 when the speed change pedal 2 is controlled to a neutral position, thus controllability is improved.
