<p>PURPOSE:To make efficient assembling, to rationalize assembling facilities and to curtail the space needed for the assembling by cutting, removing and assembling all linking parts after one molding material is mounted at a prescribed position on a substrate member. CONSTITUTION:The title device is equipped with molding members 42 and 44 to position plural mechanism parts such as a lever 18, a pulley and gears 12, 14 and 26 to prescribed X and Y plane coordinates and mold them integrally in a flat plate shape so that mutually adjoining mechanism parts can be linked through linking parts 52 and 58 and a substrate member 40 to mount plural mechanism parts and have the supporting function such as rotation, turning and sliding. Molding members 42 and 44 are mounted at a prescribed position on the substrate member 40, all linking parts 52 and 64 are cut and removed and the assembling is completed. Consequently, plural mechanism parts are assembled onto the substrate with one parts supplying mounting work. Thus, the assembling can be efficiently executed and the trouble of the assembling facilities, the space and the parts supply can be cancelled.</p> |
