<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate adhesive, simplify an operation and improve the reliability of an application, by simultaneously reversing and inserting a lining tube into a pipe to line the inside of said pipe, while keeping said lining tube in the softened state from the inside by means of the heat fed from a perforated pipe as well as by means of the heat of a power liquid for reversing said tube from the outside. CONSTITUTION:A rigid tube 4 is drawn out from an airtight casing 5, the top of said tube is fixed at the top opening of a pipe 1, and steam is fed into a perforated pipe 6 from a first boiler 9 to heat the tube 4 from its inside. Further, steam is fed into the airtight casing from a second boiler 16 to heat the tube 4 from its outside. As the hard tube 4 is of thermoplastic resin, it is softened by heating from the inside and outside. A compressor 14 supplies the inside of the airtight casing 5 with compressed air, the hard tube 4 in the softened state is reversed and inserted from the top opening of the pipe 1 under liquid pressure, expanded and contacted to the inner surface of the pipe 1 to form an inner lining 4'. After this inner lining is finished, the supply of steam is stopped, the lining is cooled and hardened to obtain the inner lining 4' composed of the rigid tube 4.</p> |
