<p>PURPOSE:To improve a smoothing effect by providing a stage to form a color filter part on the surface of a substrate, and a stage to smooth the surface of a color filter substrate by embedding a smoothing agent in the spatial part of the color filter part. CONSTITUTION:The color filter part 1 for respective color is formed in stripe shape on the substrate 11 consisting of transparent glass by printing by a plane offset method so as to form each pigment ink for red, green, and blue in film thickness of around 2mum after baking, and next, binder resin in the ink is hardened by heating. Next, a smoothing agent 21 is dropped extending over entire plane of the end part of the substrate 11, and coating is performed by moving the color filter part 1 to the end part on one side of the substrate 11 as pressing a squeegee 51 on the filter part. In such a case, the smoothing agent 21 is embedded in the recessed part of the color filter part 1 after the squeegee 51 is moved. As a result, irregularity on the surface of the color filter part obtained in such way is decreased, and the smoothing effect can be improved.</p> |
