<p>The invention relates to a sealing roll with temperature sampling for bonding plastic film webs in which the temperature is sampled by means of a temperature sensor inserted in a contact body and is fed to a temperature control device. The aim of the invention is to keep measurement fluctuations in the course of sampling on longitudinal sealing rolls as small as possible. The object is to determine the temperature via a low-friction contact sampling and to feed this to a control device. According to the invention the object is achieved in that the reverse side of the sealing roll is covered with a disc of readily heat-conducting material and in that the contact body, equipped with the temperature measurement sensor, is arranged in the rotational centre of the disc. The contact body consists of a carbon brush and is pressed by spring force against the disc. The reverse side of the sealing roll is machined with an annular clearance and the disc covers the entire diameter of the sealing roll. <IMAGE></p> |
