When the hit ticket is confirmed by the CPU 8 based on data, a dividend is computed and transmission is executed to the refunding machine 2. Next, the refund is displayed to a display part 9 and the refund is delivered through an operator to a vote fun. Then, the total refund is printed to a reverse ticket. On the other hand, the refund is subtracted from the refunding amount, which is stored at first, and whether the different amount is less than the constant value or not is discriminated by a discriminating means 19.
