PURPOSE: To obtain the subject prescribed product containing specific compounds in specified proportions respectively, as buffer ion each, prevented from activity loss during its lyophilization, storage in lyophilized state and in its thawing prior to being administered to patients. CONSTITUTION: This stable prescribed product with the aqueous solution at pH6.0-7.6 contains a plasma protein (e.g. factor VIII), 0.35-1.2M sodium chloride, potassium chloride or a mixture thereof, 1.5-40mM calcium chloride and 1-50mM histidine. For stabilizing 2-200mL of an aqueous solution containing 2-500 unit factor VIII per mL of the solution, it is preferable to contain 0.04-141g sodium chloride, 0.05-179g potassium chloride or a mixture thereof, 0.0003-8.9g calcium chloride and 0.0003-15.6g histidine in the aqueous solution.
