摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent deformation of a substrate by hygroscopic expansion thereof by coating a film consisting of fluoroplastic on the side of the substrate opposite to the recording film thereof. CONSTITUTION:The substrate 1 consists of a polycarbonate resin, the recording film 2 consists of a low Te oxide and a protective film 3 consists of a UV curing resin. The fluoroplastic film 4 is coated on the side opposite to these films 2, 3. The fluoroplastic resin 4 consists of the polytetrafluoroethylene formed by plasma polymn. and in addition thereto, polymerized films of olefinic materials such as polychlorotrifluoroethylene and polyvinylidene fluoride which are partly substd. with fluorine may be used as well. Moisture absorption is thereby shielded by both faces of the plastic substrate and the deformation of the substrate by the moisture absorption is prevented.
