PURPOSE:To prevent shrinkage during hardening without deteriorating the rapid hardening property of alumina cement by mixing an alumina cement-based hardening material with an inflating agent, a setting retarder and water and by molding the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A hardening material obtd. by blending alumina cement with sand in 1/0-1/3 ratio is mixed with 3-10wt.% calcium sulfoaluminate or free lime type inflating agent basing on the amt. of the alumina cement, 0.1-0.4wt.% polyol complex type setting retarder basing on the amt. of the alumina cement and water. The mixture is molded, naturally cured, steam-cured in an autoclave and hardened. Shrinkage during hardening is controlled to <=2-3X10<-4>%. |
