PURPOSE:To prevent development to shoulder decreasing wear by disposing a plurality of sipes spaces in the circumferential direction so as to have overlapping portions, and thereby restraining edge wear occurring on the end side of the tread of a shoulder rib. CONSTITUTION:At a shoulder rib 15 partitioned in the axial direction by a main groove in a tire 11, a plurality of sipes 17 are spaces in the circumferential direction. Respective sipes 17A, 17B on a tread end 12b side and a tread center 13c side are arranged at a position A with a distance DA 30-70% with respect to the width W15 of the shoulder rib 15, and a position B with a distance 40-80%. The sipes 17A, 17B are respectively set with lengths LA, LB within one pitch of the main groove 13 around a rib recess 15b and a rib projection 15c. Overlapping portions are provided in the axial direction at the respective sipes 17A, 17B, while the circumference length LD of the overlapping portion is set 10-30% of the circumferential length LA of the sipe 17A on the tread end 12b side. |
