PURPOSE:To enhance the close contact of a ceramic base board with a superconductive circuit by forming the superconductive circuit consisting of an oxide superconductor along a circuit pattern to be formed on the copper oxide layer on the surface of the base board. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive electric circuit 1 is formed along a circuit pattern to be formed a superconductive circuit 4 consisting of an oxide superconductor on a copper oxide layer 3, which consists of CuO and is formed on the surface of a base board made of ceramic such as alumina. Example of ceramic is a sintering or a molten molding of various ceramic material, and particularly a ceramic consisting impurities can also be used. Example of the oxide type superconductor is a one of Y-Ba-Cu-O type or A-B-Cu-O type (where A is one or more of the elements belonging to the IIIa group in the Periodic Table such as Y, La, while B is one or more of the elements belonging to the IIa group such as Ba, Sr). This accomplishes good close contact of the copper oxide layer with superconductive circuit to enhance the mechanical strength of the superconductive electric circuit. |
