PURPOSE:To make it possible to oscillate immediately after turning on a switch by raising the temperature setting value of a temperature setting circuit higher than the usual setting value for the specified time only after turning on a switch. CONSTITUTION:A delay timer 13 which outputs when the specified time elapses after the power is supplied to a cooling fan 3 is provided. And it is so constituted that the first temperature setting value of a temperature setting circuit 11a which is set during the delay time of the delay timer 13 and the second temperature setting value which is set after the lapse of the delay time of the delay timer 13 is switched over. Hereupon, the first temperature setting value is set higher than the second temperature setting value so that a semiconductor switching element 10 may operate immediately when it becomes higher a little than the usual temperature. Hereby, even if the switch is turned off after usual use and immediately turned on again, it oscillates and does not interfere with the usual use. |
