PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition suitable for electric and electronic equipment and OA device, etc., having improved fluidity, impact resistance at low temperature and nonflammability without damaging in mechanical characteristics, by blending a rubber-like elastic material with a specific novel polycarbonate. CONSTITUTION:(A) 40-99wt.%, preferably 60-99wt.% polycarbonate having >=5,000, preferably 10,000-30,000 viscosity-average molecular weight, consisting of A1: the repeating unit expressed by formula I and A2: the repeating unit expressed by formula II, having the mol fraction of A1 and A2 of A1/(A1+A2)=0.05-0.2, containing pentahalogenophenoxy group bonded to the terminal position thereof, is blended with (B) 60-1wt.%, preferably 40-1wt.% rubber-like elastic material (e.g., natural rubber or styrene-butadiene rubber). |
