The process is to form structures with composite walls obtained by spraying successive layers of materials of various compositions and thicknesses onto a support. It is characterised in that it consists in spraying the said successive layers onto a removable rigid panel 10, 20 of which the surface onto which the spraying is to be carried out has a surface condition matching that to be imparted onto the visible face of the first sprayed layer.
