Device for controlling a deformable plane 2, 4 of an aircraft in inclination with respect to a fuselage 1, including a normal command channel 17 and an emergency command channel 29 which are independent up to a combination device 11, this deformable plane including an inclinable box structure 2 and a movable flap which forms a control surface 4, is articulated on the box structure and is commanded in orientation with respect to the latter by a cambering device 6; the movable box structure 2 is controlled in inclination by at least one double-effect hydraulic jack 7 supplied through a hydraulic distribution block 11 forming an articulated combination device 14 on the box structure and controlled in inclination with respect to the latter by the said control channels on each side of a neutral angular position by which this hydraulic distribution block isolates the jack with respect to the hydraulic circuit. <IMAGE>
