<p>PURPOSE:To easily realize the control for rationalization of the line balance of each production line with high accuracy by displaying the total value of the line load and the information on each order on the same flag and performing the simulation in response to the instruction of an operator. CONSTITUTION:A load simulation part 6 extracts the information out of a start order holding part 3 and stacks these extracted information with addition of the work manhour via a process information holding part 1 to display all start orders. At the same time, the total value of the load is drawn in a graph and the information is extracted out of an application order holding part 2 to be stacked on a first process of a day line up to the limit possessed manhour. The overflowed information are successively stacked on each other with +1 day. An application control table extracts only the first process of a daily line and draws it on a display screen. An operator selects a proper lot for the line or the process exceeding the standard capability and gives an instruction to move the vertical axis range to the right or the left. Then the part 6 performs the recompilation and draws again a line to show the total value of the load.</p> |
