<p>PURPOSE:To form a pattern of coiled lines on a fishing rod at a desired pitch, by coiling lines fed from bobbins on the movable bed around a fishing rod which is held on its one end with a rotating means, as the moving rate of the bobbin bed and the rotating rate of the means are simultaneously controlled. CONSTITUTION:A movable bed 2 which is equipped with a means supporting a fishing rod 3 which is held at the other end and a stand 7 holding bobbins 6' having a line such as carbon yarn wound around in a roll is set on the base bed 1 which is equipped with driving means 4 for rotating the rod 3 at one end so that it can freely move in parallel to the rod 3 through the guide rails 8 and a slider 10 which is connected to the rails and slidable. Further, the rotation number of driving means 5 and the moving rate of the movable bed 2 are simultaneously controlled. The rod 3 is rotated at a desired rotation under control, while the movable bed 2 is allowed to move at a desired rate, and the lines 6 are wound around the rod 3, as the line pitch is continuously changed.</p> |
