PURPOSE:To obtain a reliable detector, by winding a hollow bobbin with a resistance bulb line and pressing the resistance bulb line against the internal surface of a protecting tube. CONSTITUTION:A sheath 2 having necessary length is charged with inorganic insulating powder of magnesium oxide, etc., and three lead wires 1 are installed therein; and both ends are bared to expose the lead wires 1, and two lead wires 1 are flattened with a hammer so as to facilitate connections with resistance lines 7 which vary in electric resistance with temperature at one end side of the sheath 2. The remaining one lead wire 1 is connected to either flattened lead wire 1 by spot welding, and the other end side is covered with an expoxy resin 3. The bobbin 4 is made of stainless steel and has hollow, thick structure; numbers of slits 5 are formed at one end and a locked step part 6 is formed at the other end to fit the bobbin 2 in the sheath 2. |
