PURPOSE:To easily confirm an upper limited value in the number of areas and the number of input points and to prevent the unexpected resules of editing from being obtained by controlling both residual of the number of areas and the residual of the number of point coordinates and displaying the controlled result on a display means. CONSTITUTION:An area forming means 12 forms a closed area by combining the points inputted from a coordinate input means 11 and a storage means 13 respectively stores the points inputted from the coordinate input means 11 in relation to the area formed by the area forming means 12. A means for discriminating the difference of the number of areas 14 discriminates the difference between the maximum number of the areas that the storage means 13 can store and the number of areas formed by the area forming means 12. A means for discriminating the difference of the number of point coordinates 15 discriminates the difference between the number of point coordinates that the storage means 13 can store and the number of the point coordinates inputted by the coordinate input means 11. When discriminated result of the difference of the numbers by at least either the discriminating means 14 or 15 becomes equal to a specified value or below, the result is displayed on the display means 16. Thus, the upper limited value can be easily confirmed and the unexpected result of editing can be prevented. |
