PURPOSE:To produce a compound MEN (noodle) having appearance of separated vivid color, by bringing one sides of two or more kind of rolled MEN (noodle) raw materials in contact with each other in longitudinal direction and cutting the resultant compound MEN into prescribed width. CONSTITUTION:Two or more kind of MEN (noodle) raw materials housed in feed containers 10 and 10 is fed from an opening part 11 between a pressure roller 21 of pressure roll device 20 and guide roller 22 to roll the MEN raw materials into a prescribed thickness and sent out along a guide table 6 to a roll cutter device 30, where the raw material is cut with a rotating blade 33 having an inserted spacer 34 and coaxially arranging to provide the MEN raw material. Then the MEN raw material is transferred through a guide member 40 and groove part 41 to a guide hole 51 of pressing member 50, where one side of MEN raw material A is brought into contact with one side of MEN raw material B and then the resultant compound MEN is discharged on a belt conveyer 8. |
