X-RAY SPECTROSCOPIC DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To switch monochromatic X-rays at a high speed by using an oscillation cam as a rotating mechanism to rotate a crystal for X-ray spectroscopy. CONSTITUTION:The continuous X-rays from an X-ray generator 1 are incident on the crystal 7 for spectroscopy by which the X-rays are made into the monochromatic X-rays 3 and are projected to a subject 4. The X-ray radiographic image thereof is detected by an image detector 5 and is recorded in an image recording processor 6. The crystal for spectroscopy is then rotated by an oscillating cam mechanism 8 to change the angle of the crystal lattice face to the incident continuous X-rays so that the monochromatic X-rays of another energy are emitted. The X-ray image of the subject by this monochromatic X-rays is detected by the image detector and is recorded in the image recording processor. The new image information is obtained by processing with the image recording processor between the recorded two images obtained by different X-ray energy.
