摘要 |
PURPOSE:To improve the wear resistance of a fluid catalyst by adding alumina sol to a slurry contg. alumina and a metallic component and by grinding the slurry with a wet grinder until the average particle size of the particles in the slurry is reduced to <=0.6mum. CONSTITUTION:A slurry contg. alumina as a carrier component and a metallic component is prepd. Alumina sol is added to the slurry and mixed. This slurry is ground with a wet grinder until the average particle size of the particles in the slurry is reduced to <=0.6mum. The ground slurry is spray-dried and calcined to produce a fluid catalyst. The pref. amt. of the alumina sol added to the slurry is 1-7wt.% (expressed in terms of Al2O3) of the amt. of the alumina as the carrier component. The alumina as the carrier component is preferably gamma-alumina and the metallic element of the metallic component is preferably an iron family metal or the metal and manganese. |
