The device is formed by the combination, firstly, of a covering surface 1 with a template 3 for fixing either a tank 4 and a liner 5, secondly of an adaptable unit to carry either the tool or the thermal liner and, finally, of a means of assembling the whole formed from a rod 6 with a threaded end, a protective pressure plate 8 and a holding and handling ring 9. It is designed to allow a functional interchangeable accessory to be incorporated with a covering and, more particularly, by the direct application of isothermic effects of the shapes and plumage of naturalised (stuffed) animals. <IMAGE>
