<p>PURPOSE:To prevent higher harmonic waves from being increased, by a method wherein the rectifier bridge of a winding coupled loosely with a winding connected to a power-factor improving wave filter is phase-controlled, and wherein the switch of the power-factor improving wave filter is made after the control of the winding is completed, and wherein the rectifier bridge of the winding coupled tightly with the winding connected to the power-factor improving wave filter is phase-controlled. CONSTITUTION:The secondary windings A and B, C and D of a transformer Tr are tightly coupled with each other, and a first group and a second group are set, and the first group and the second group are loosely coupled with each other. Besides, to the secondary winding D, a power-factor improving wave filter PFCF is connected. Then, a first rectifier bridge Th1 is phase- controlled first, and after that, a second rectifier bridge Th2 is phase-controlled. After that, the power-factor improving wave filter PFCF is made, and a third rectifier bridge Th3 is phase-controlled. After that, a fourth rectifier bridge Th4 is phase-controlled.</p> |
