TUBULAR LINING MATERIAL AND REPAIRING TECHNIQUE OF DUCT

PURPOSE:To enable the title technique to cure completely a curable resin infiltrated into a tubular lining even if the same is thick, by a method wherein the tubular lining material is made into a matter having multi-layer structure of two layers or more and the layers each are impregnated with the curable resin whose curing forms are different from each other. CONSTITUTION:When a first layer 1a which has not been impregnated with thermosetting resin yet is inserted into a timeworn pipe 3 by air pressure through a manhole by inverting the first layer 1a and the insertion has been completed extending over the whole length of the timeworn pipe 3, the thermosetting resin is cast within the inverted first layer 1a through a nozzle 11. The thermosetting resin which is cast possesses pot life necessary from operation point of view and cured fast at a comparatively low temperature (20 deg.C-40 deg.C). Then a second layer 1b which has been impregnated with the thermosetting resin beforehand whose curing form is different from that of the above-mentioned thermosetting resin is inserted into the first layer 1a by pouring water through a pouring water hose 15 by inverting the second layer 1b. Warm water is fed within a tubular lining material by a pump 19 through a warm water hose 16 and the impregnated thermosetting resin is cured through warming.
