<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a foreign body other than a specific cassette tape or disk from intruding into the title device by opening a door for opening and closing a passage only at the time of recognizing the specifically shaped cassette tape or disk by a form discriminating means. CONSTITUTION:When the specifically shaped cassette tape 7 is inserted with its forward end to be abutted on both edge parts against tapered surfaces 5b of door stoppers 5, the tapered parts 5b are pressingly spreaded out from each other by a pushing pressure of the insertion, so as to discriminate whether or not the cassette tape 7 is specific in shape. Then, when an inserting thing is not the specifically shaped cassette tape 7 or it is a foreign body, the cassette door 6 is fitted on both ends into recessed parts 5b to be fixed so as to close the passage 20. By this method, even when the cassette tape 7 is not loaded in the device, the cassette door 6 is locked up so as not to allow a foreign body coming into the device.</p> |
