PURPOSE:To prevent flashes from being formed at the time of performing secondary molding on the outer surface of a primary molded product by forming a gate for injection molten resin on a core member and a channel on a molding surface of a cavity, and providing a through-hole extending from the core member side to the cavity mold side and communicating with the channel on a primary molded product. CONSTITUTION:A container main body 14, a primary molded product, is placed and clamped between a molding surface 12a of a cavity 12 and a core member 13, and molten resin is injected into the cavity 12 from a gate 16 and filled between a primary molded product 14 and the core member 13, and then the primary molded product 14 is pressed to the cavity mold 12. Thus, forming is carried out by pouring molten resin from a through-hole 18 into a channel 17, bringing an outer surface 14a of the primary molded product 14 into contact with a molding surface 12a of the cavity 12. The process prevents the molten resin from flowing out from the channel 17 to other sections. |
