PURPOSE:To obtain a pharmaceutical having remarkably improved resolubility, by adding dextran to a solution of platinum compound and lyophilizing the mixture. CONSTITUTION:To cis-1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylate(2R)-2-methyl-1,4- butanediamineplatinum useful as an anti-malignant tumor agent is added dextran (preferably having 40000-70000 molecular weight) of 0.2 pts.wt., preferably 0.5-2 pts.wt. based on the above-mentioned compound and the mixture is lyophilized at <=0 deg.C, preferably about -10-40 deg.C according to ordinary method. |
