<p>The invention relates to a method of permanently joining elements in filament or ribbon form on a sheet-like substrate by means of an adhesive, which method is characterised in that one or more elements in filament or ribbon form are guided in the desired position at a distance of about 1 to 3 cm from the sheet-like substrate and these elements in filament or ribbon form and the adjacent area of the substrate are sprayed with a hot-melt adhesive and, subsequently, the elements in filament or ribbon form are brought together with the film web; it relates furthermore to use of the method for producing ruffled film web sections having in their respective edge region stretchable elements in filament or ribbon form located between a film web and an outer layer, an absorbent inlay arranged between these elements and a nonwoven section covering this inlay.</p> |
