The invention relates to cut-sheet lamination by means of a laminator for applying a film section to one or both sides of a circuit board, having heated lamination rolls arranged opposite one another in a housing, to which rolls the circuit board and the film section are fed simultaneously in the roll region, where the circuit board is fed by means of draw-in rolls and the film is taken off a stock roll and fed to the circuit board via feed rolls, and a cutting device which cuts the film in accordance with the length of a circuit board according to sensor scanning is arranged in the region of the feed rolls. A known device of this type uses complex to-and-fro positioning means for feeding the film to the circuit board, the circuit board being stopped in the region of the lamination rolls, in particular during cutting of the film, which entails the risk that the photosensitive layer becomes overheated. The object of the present invention is to develop a cut-sheet lamination by means of a laminator of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that good operational reliability at the same time as low production costs can be achieved using few and simple means and that the circuit boards pass continuously between the lamination rolls without any possibility of damage. The object is achieved by the cutting device being arranged in a pivotable manner on a lever ... Original abstract incomplete. |
