An upper member (7) for curling eyelash is fixed between parallel rods (3a, 3b), and includes a heat shield tape (7a). The lower member (8) is moved up and down by a rod (10). The rod (10) ascends by the descending of a ring (12a). When the rod (10) is ascended, the upper member (7) and the lower member (8) are made to be in close touch. The eyelash is curled by 40-60≦̸C hot wind.
