PURPOSE:To make it possible to repair and replace an ignition part within the titled lighter by a method wherein the body of the lighter is made dividable into an upper part and a lower part and members to be housed within the body are also made dividable so as to correspond to the dividable parts of the body. CONSTITUTION:The housing member 2' mainly comprising a fuel tank defining the interior of the body of the lighter and the ignition part housing member 1' for receiving the ignition part are made connectable to, and separable from, each other and the body A of the lighter is made separable into the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 so as to correspond to the housing members 1' and 2'. As a result, a high voltage electric current generating device for effecting ignition can be fixed and wire-connected within the body A and when the device is found to be of inferior quality or the wiring thereof is broken, it can be replaced easily. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a product of high precision which is reparied easily and which can overcome the disadvantage of its being thrown out due to the breakdown of the high voltage electric current generating device. |
