<p>PURPOSE: To surely and easily lock by forming a cam on a locking lever freely rotationally journaled to a locking handle, the cam sliding against a catch mounted on the window frame of a side window. CONSTITUTION: A window glass 12 retained by link devices 40a, 40b is moved in the direction of the arrow A so as to be converted from an open condition to a closed condition. Next, the pawl part of a catch 30 mounted on an outer frame 11 is hooked as the cam 26a of a locking lever 26 slides against the catch 30. When the lever 26 is turned in the direction of the arrow C, the end of the cam 26a is disconnected from the catch 30 and the glass 12 opens outwards in the cross direction of a vehicle via the link devices 40a, 40b and slides into an open condition.</p> |
