发明名称 DIRECTION CONTROLLER FOR SHIELD EXCAVATOR
摘要 PURPOSE: To enhance the accuracy of construction work by performing arithmetic for comparing the propulsion quantity of each propulsion jack with the target propulsion quantity in response to a detection signal of a displacement gage, and issuing a command signal of the target flow rate to a hydraulic control device. CONSTITUTION: A propulsion quantity detection signal is fed to the servo controller 6c of a control device 6 from a displacement gage 5 mounted to the end spreader of the cylinder and piston rod of each propulsion jack 2 of a shield machine. A command signal is fed from a function generator 6b in accordance with a target propulsion quantity. The controller 6c performs arithmetic for comparing both of the signals and issues a command signal of the target flow rate to the servo valve 4a of a propulsion jack driving hydraulic control device 4 to actuate a hydraulic pump 3 via the servo valve 4a and a manifold 4b and thus propel each jack 2 so as to control the direction of the shield machine.
