The universal adjustment of a door leaf with a butt hinge can be achieved in a wide range of ways. The simplest solution is the principle of lifting with a screw which simultaneously serves as a bearing, it being possible for said screw also to be the pintle. The screw-bolt is configured in accordance with the principle of the right-hand/left-hand thread. The special feature is the simple operation, thus the simple adjustment of the door leaf. The two principles are integrated in the solution of the problem using the eccentric. Here, all the possibilities for adjustment are interlinked. The operation is simple because only two screwing procedures are necessary. In all cases, the door can remain suspended in the butt hinge. The principle of the grease pressure is just as simple, as a result of which the door can be adjusted, as it were, hydraulically. A solution for constantly creaking doors consists in that the gap, which becomes visible by lifting, between the lower part and the upper part is concealed by a close-fitting sleeve. The space behind this can be used without any difficulty as a grease chamber. In this manner, long-term lubrication is possible. All in all, these solutions constitute a simplification in installation, as a result of which time and costs are saved. <IMAGE>
