PURPOSE:To decrease the scattering of electrolyte supply to each cell and to make cell assembly in a high yield by checking the step response of charge- discharge reaction in an electrolytic bath, and checking a difference in electrolyte amount in each electrolytic bath from delayed response. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire is drawn out from an electrode in an electrolytic bath and connected to a recorder. Voltage variation in each electrolytic bath is recorded in the recorder, and the step response of charge discharge reaction in each electrolytic bath is checked with a computer. By measuring the step response (voltage) in each electrolytic bath, the scattering is confirmed from a time constant in starting to replace with a stack having no scattering. A cell which always has good quality can be assembled. |
