The invention relates to an arrangement for altering the transmission of light and heat radiation in the case of curtains, in particular sheet-like curtains, greenhouse coverings, radiator covers, and in the case of vision, radiation or sun protection devices and the like. The core of the invention resides in the fact that at least two material webs or material-web pieces of different structure or radioparency are arranged one behind the other in the radiation path and also so as to be movable relative to one another.
