Provided for the transportation of large packs of glass panes in A-shaped transportation frames are transportation vehicles in which the packs of glass panes are braced by fixing devices on the vehicle. These fixing devices comprise clamping rockers which are arranged distributed in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle at a distance from one another and are each arranged in an articulated manner on a pivoted arm which is coupled to the chassis longitudinal member and has an associated support cylinder. These fixing devices make it possible for the packs of glass panes, and hence for the entire transportation frame, only to be supported and braced at certain points so that during transportation a relative movement is possible without overstressing of individual glass panes or else of the entire packs of glass panes being able to occur. <IMAGE>
