In a process for producing syngeneic cells in vivo in a blister between dermis and epidermis or within the epidermis, proliferation and conditioning of the cells is effected by introducing one or more cell-specific growth factors, non-toxic concentrations of one or more oxidizing agents or a combination of both into the blister. Also described is the use of the syngeneic cells so obtained.
