PRODUCING METHOD OF HIGH TENSION STEEL SHEET FOR ZN HOT DIPPING

The method involves conventional hot rolling a low carbon steel containing not more than 0.1 wt.% C, 0.2-0.4 wt.% Mn, not more than 0.015 wt.% P and not more than 0.015 wt.% S, cold rolling with 15-25% reduction ratio, and recovering annealing at 550-580 deg.C. The method is used for making the high tension steel sheet for zinc hot dipping with 45-55 kg/mm2 yield strength and 50-60 kg/mm2 tensile strength.
