发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF CERAMIC HEAT EXCHANGER
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve thermal efficiency, by a method wherein fin grooves are formed in each of honeycomb structure of a small section formed by a ceramic material, and after a ceramic pipe on the surface of which an adhesive is precoated is located in the groove, the other honeycomb structures are piled up for calcination. CONSTITUTION:Honeycomb structures 3, 3a, and 3b, formed by a ceramic material, e.g. SiC or AlN, having high thermal conductivity are manufactured by extrusion molding through an calcining process. The honeycomb structures are integrally sintered by calcining the honeycomb structures under a state in which sintered body pipes 1 are located in respective fin grooves 4, 4a, and 4b. By welding an adhesive precoated on the outer surface of the sintered body pipe, the sintered body pipe 1 is bonded under a state in which the outer surfaces of the sintered body pipes in the fin grooves 4, 4a, and 4b of the honeycomb structures 4, 4a, and 4b are bonded with all the fins. Namely, a structure in which the sintered body pipes 1 are inserted in a honeycomb structure block body 30 in an excellent bonded state to form an integral structure is manufactured.
